Risk Disclosure

Last updated: May 2026

Investing involves risk. This Risk Disclosure explains the key risks of using the WMG platform so you can make informed decisions. Please read it carefully.

1. General Investment Risk

All investments carry risk. The value of your investment can go down as well as up, and you may receive back less than you invested — including the loss of your entire capital. You should only invest money you can afford to lose.

2. No Guaranteed Returns

Because WMG investments are structured as Musharaka partnerships, returns depend on the real performance of the underlying business or asset. Returns are never fixed or guaranteed, and any projected or expected yield is illustrative only.

Profit and loss are shared. If a venture underperforms, your returns may be reduced or negative.

3. Capital Loss

Funded businesses and tokenized assets may fail to perform as expected, face market or operational difficulties, or become insolvent. In such cases you may lose part or all of your invested capital.

4. Liquidity Risk

Investments on the platform may be difficult to exit before they conclude. There may be limited or no secondary market for your holdings, so you should be prepared to remain invested for the full term.

5. Tokenization Risk

Tokenized real-world assets depend on the accuracy of valuations and the performance of the underlying asset. While valuations are independently audited before minting, asset values can still change, and token holders share in any decline.

6. Active-Investor Sector Risk

Some sectors, such as Livestock & Agriculture, require active participation and carry sector-specific risks, including operational, animal-welfare, and environmental factors. Certification through the Agri-Academy does not eliminate these risks.

7. Diversification

Concentrating your capital in a single opportunity increases risk. Spreading investments across different opportunities and sectors can help manage — but does not remove — overall risk.

8. Past Performance

Any past performance, case study, or success story shown on the platform is not a reliable indicator of future results.

9. Not Financial Advice

WMG does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Information on the platform is for general purposes only. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

10. Do Your Own Due Diligence

Before investing, carefully review the disclosures, terms, and compliance information provided for each opportunity, and make sure you understand the risks involved.
