WMG is built to uphold the principles of Islamic finance in every feature, flow, and financial instrument. Our goal is to provide a fully Sharia-compliant ecosystem where capital meets conscience.

We do not offer or charge interest (Riba) in any form. All returns on the platform are generated through profit-sharing, trade, or asset ownership — never through interest-based lending.

Investments are structured as Musharaka partnerships, in which investors and businesses contribute capital and share profit and loss proportionally. This shared-risk model is what makes returns permissible.

Every financial instrument on the platform must be backed by a real, tangible, or productive asset. Tokenized assets are independently valued before any token is minted, ensuring there is genuine value behind each holding.

All businesses and investment sectors are screened for Sharia compliance before being listed. Activities that are not permissible under Islamic law are excluded from the platform.

We believe transparency is part of compliance. Terms, fees, valuations, profit-sharing ratios, and compliance statuses are disclosed clearly so all parties can make informed, ethical decisions.

Our structures and contracts are designed in line with Islamic jurisprudence and reviewed for compliance. We engage qualified scholars and advisory partners to guide our governance and keep the platform aligned with Sharia.

Where risk safeguards are offered, they are supported through Takaful — a Sharia-compliant mutual protection model — rather than conventional interest-based insurance.
