By accessing or using the WMG platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the platform. By using WMG, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Access to certain features requires completing identity verification (KYC) and, where applicable, a qualification assessment.

WMG is a Sharia-compliant platform that connects investors, businesses, service providers, and banking partners. All investments are structured as Musharaka partnerships with shared profit and loss — there is no interest (Riba) on the platform.

WMG facilitates connections and transactions but does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent advice where appropriate.

All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of your capital. Because returns are based on real performance and shared risk, they are never fixed or guaranteed. Past performance does not indicate future results.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful, Sharia-compliant purposes.

You may not misrepresent yourself, manipulate listings, attempt to circumvent compliance controls, or use the platform to facilitate any prohibited activity.

Applicable platform fees and any optional service charges are disclosed before you commit to a transaction. We do not charge or pay interest of any kind.

All content, branding, and software on the platform are the property of WMG or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WMG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including investment losses resulting from shared-risk partnerships.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or applicable law, or to protect the integrity of the platform. You may close your account at any time, subject to settling any open obligations.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which WMG operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
